You will have:

  • Have strong communication skills;

  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail;

  • Have an ability and willingness to work autonomously;

  • Have experience working with a range of businesses and organisations;

  • An ability and willingness to learn and adapt according to the work variety and client needs;

  • Have experience managing workplace investigations and other employee relations matters;

  • Have excellent technical capability, including a strong understanding of the employment law framework;

  • Have excellent drafting and analytical skills;

  • Have an ability to manage changing priorities across a range of matters;

  • Have a relevant graduate qualification and have the necessary experience to qualify for a Private Investigators Licence.
